The first annual Russian River Mud Run is Sunday, May 5th on the campus of Rio Lindo Adventist Academy in Healdsburg, on the banks of the Russian River.
Choose between the 5K or the 10K. The 10K course incorporates the 5K. runners will experience road, gravel, dirt, riverbed, forest and orchard terrain. Three steep uphill and downhill elements with Mud-Pits, Roped Terrain, the Beaches of Normandy, rivercrossings, Sherwood Forrest, and a flooded orchard.
